A session presented by the APM PMO Interest Network Creating development strategies for teams has evolved past an action plan for the year. Leaders must pivot their approach to learning and development to balance individual, business value, and actual return on investment. During this engaging session, leaders will explore the deficits in the ‘way we have always done it’, explore the learning landscape, see new ways to develop strategies for learning, and learn some of the key things that need to exist in the leader playbook to find the balance needed to future-proof our teams.
