Reshaping the Profession’s Image

The profession is too often misperceived, particularly by those in senior leadership positions. When it comes to organisational strategy, we know projects are a key enabler of success. However APM’s research shows that many businesses see the function of project management as operational, not strategic.

APM is working to increase awareness and understanding of the strategic value of the projects profession among senior leaders in business. We’d like to use this session to get your thoughts on how we positively influence this elusive group.

All views are welcome. We’re particularly keen to hear from project professionals who report to c-suite or board members.
