About Anna:

Anna is an APM Chartered Project Manager, holding Fellow Membership of APM, and has additional qualifications in APMG Change Management and a certification in Cultural Behavioural management. Anna has significant experience delivering water, wastewater, water network and flood defence schemes through development and implementation phases with accountability for managing multiple cross functional teams to strict targets.

Anna has a strong background in Continuous Improvement, process improvements and is passionate about supporting the development of project managers across all levels of organisations. Across her experience in the Water and Environment sectors she is known for delivering on promises and being able to create collaborative environments for others to deliver to the best of their ability.

Anna’s recent experience includes working with cross functional environmental teams to develop Environmental Impact Assessments for Development Consent Order applications for projects which will help strength future water supply resources across the UK.

Anna has worked closely with the charity, WaterAid, in the past and has experience of working with utilities and NGO’s in Ethiopia to develop Project and Risk management skills, and drive positive change through advocacy.
