Leadership of several project management business units including telecoms, technology, commercial and retail. Led the development of a property business strategy and an integrated property consultancy delivery model, which brings together service offerings to create more value to clients’ businesses.

Responsible for service excellence and knowledge management across the project management teams which provided toolkits for project delivery and facilitated improvement and innovation within the business.
