Laura Jackson Pugh, Head of Project Management Profession & Director Nuclear Projects, Tetra Tech

Laura is the Head of Project Management Profession for Tetra Tech and PCM lead for Nuclear, with responsibility for developing the nuclear strategy for growth. Laura is a chartered Project Manager and experienced Architectural graduate with over 20 years’ experience delivering projects to a broad range of clients, across many sectors of the construction industry. She successfully manages multi-disciplinary projects on government infrastructure projects using NEC Contracts. Specifically administering NEC Option A & C contracts.

Laura was assigned Head of profession in 2023, within her role, Laura mentors’ colleagues through their Project Management career planning alongside development and support during APM qualifications and ChPP applications. Laura also provides this support to external clients aiding them through their professional ChPP journey. In her current role, Laura’s emphasis is on the encouragement of colleagues’ pursuing careers in project management and successful project delivery. As head of profession, Laura is always working to continually develop Tetra Tech’s capability offering whilst bolstering our internal and external skills development.
