Lorraine Bellinger, Head of Legal Project Delivery, Bird & Bird

Lorraine heads Bird & Bird’s global legal project delivery function, comprised of legal project managers and process improvement professionals. ​

She has over 15 years of experience in this area having worked in both private practice and in-house legal teams, promoting structure, efficiency, control, and communication throughout the delivery of legal matters.

Lorraine is APM, Prince2 and Green Belt Lean Six Sigma qualified, and the team follow the APM qualification pathway. There are currently 14 people in Bird & Bird’s project delivery team, who have a physical presence in London, Dubai and Sydney.
