Natalie Woof, Head of PM People & Capability
I have been a project professional for 25 years, starting in a Project Administration role supporting ‘Y2K’ (1999-2000) preparation in a major High Street Bank.
Project Management has allowed me to enjoy a varied career delivering in project roles across a range of topic areas including Management Information & Reporting, Software Implementation (Safe System of Work), Operational Shutdown Improvement, Change & Transformation, Complex System Spares & Obsolescence, Bid Management, and Engineering & Construction.
These roles took me to the NHS, Retail Banking, Operations/Engineering/Construction, Oil & Gas (Onshore & Offshore) and latterly the defence industry.
My current project is focused on implementing improved Strategic Workforce Planning, Talent Management and professional development of a PM&C community (>1600 personnel) for a major defence company.
My proudest achievement continues to be the attainment of Chartership and Fellowship; something I now support others to achieve through coaching & mentoring.
