Having nearly 20 years’ experience in Early Careers Paul has designed and implemented early careers programmes within the UK and on a global level, managing programme of volumes from 20 up to 1500.
In his role as the Early Carers Learning & Development Manager Paul has responsibility for the soft skills development of 1200 graduates and 300 apprentices across the Europe & UK region of Mott MacDonald. Manging a team of 6 he has successfully overseen the implementation of the companies first strengths development programmes.
