Paul is passionate about understanding human dynamics to nudge behaviour, drive decision-making, and increase engagement and organisation effectiveness, delivering seismic shifts in commercial results. Paul has a broad background in project and programme management, organisation leadership, consulting, coaching, and educating, having delivered as a national leader in the NHS, as a consultant and executive coach across the public and private sectors, and as a senior leader and internal consultant in a global technology-led defence and aerospace company.
