HOW HUMANS WORK WITHIN TEAMS
A session presented by the APM People Interest Network
This illustrated session will explain and demonstrate the different âhuman forcesâ that shape how people and people within teams work. It will give a basic understanding of where to direct attention when building a new team (or fixing a dysfunctional one), with some practical steps on where to focus effort and to avoid wasting time 'fixing the wrong things'. Applied carefully, it can directly link an organisationâs vision and mission right through to individual behaviours and the creation of a fully-supportive environment.
