This session explores the value that PM assurance can bring to major capital projects in the Public Sector. With projects becoming larger, more complex, collaborative and technologically challenging, assurance to support early and effective decision making becomes an increasingly important management activity and skillset. The session concludes with an overview of current guidance, skills and competencies.
