Marion Thomas and Sarah Walton share their insights and tips on how they build their project Tribe. And yes, that wasn’t a typo, they focus on their Tribe not on a team. This webinar was held on 12 July 2021.

This is because they no longer encounter dedicated project teams in the businesses they work with. Delivery can only be achieved with a loose collection of people juggling multiple priorities. Applying the thinking of Seth Godin’s, “Tribes, we need you to lead us” they will be exploring how we project-people can build the Tribe we need to assure our success.

Don’t come and listen!! Come and join in.

Marion and Sarah have very kindly allowed their presented material to be made available for viewing. The slides and the webinar recording are now available in our APM resources area. The recording is also embedded below for reference.

Marion Thomas and Sarah Walton

Marion and Sarah have been working as freelance project or programme managers for over the past 30 years across a plethora or industries and sectors. They are typically called when a business knows what they want to achieve, but are not quite sure how to create the right project to get there, or when things have gone a ‘bit off the rails” and help is needed.

Having received the feedback that they get 20% more from a team than most, they have distilled what they do into the ExtraordinaryPM project leadership framework and also support and mentor groups of PMs applying for their ChPP.

This event is suitable for professionals with any level of experience.
