The APM Knowledge Specific Interest Group needs your help!

We are looking to develop a series of articles exploring the value that knowledge management (KM) brings to project management. We would like to support everyone in the project management profession to make the most of their experience.

KM is about learning from others and sharing what you know so others can benefit. Why invent the wheel if someone who has already been there, can provide useful insight, and help avoid pitfalls?

We would like to base these articles on your real-life experiences, which is why we need your help. We’d like your experiences and scenarios so that we can explore with you where KM can add value.

So please share! What challenges, problems or issues have you come across in your projects? What examples do you have where your project had a problem you didn’t know how to resolve? Or conversely maybe you had a challenge you found an innovative solution to? What did you do?

Please complete our short survey to explain the problem or challenge you faced. We will use this to develop some examples of where and how knowledge management could be part of our shared way forward.
Or email us direct via: knowledgesig@apm.co.uk

We’ll remove all specifics so you/your project won’t be identifiable (unless you would like it to be!).
